<p><strong>BASAMENTO</strong></p>
<p>La struttura di base è composta da un robusto monoblocco in ghisa sferoidale concepito appositamente per rispondere al meglio ai requisiti tecnici dei centri di tornitura.</p>
<p>Progettato integralmente con sistemi CAD3D, con software di ausilio di analisi degli elementi finiti, permette di ridurre al massimo le dilatazioni termiche e di assorbire gli sforzi e le vibrazioni derivanti dall’asportazione del truciolo.</p>
<p>La stessa rigidità della macchina permette di raggiungere rugosità di finitura elevate garantendo una maggiore durata dell’utensile nonchè dei componenti stessi della macchina utensile.</p>
<p><strong>COLORAZIONE</strong></p>

<p><strong>MANDRINO</strong></p>
<p>Il resistente mandrino a cartuccia è dotato di cuscinetti di alta precisione. Esso permette di raggiungere alte velocità, garantendo elevate prestazioni anche in condizioni di taglio gravose.</p>
<p>Offre un’eccellente precisione di funzionamento, riducendo al minimo l’eventuale aumento della temperatura dei cuscinetti, anche in condizioni di funzionamento continuo a velocità elevate.</p>
<p>Il corpo simmetrico della cartuccia, separati dalla sua base di piastre isolanti, riduce il trasferimento di calore al basamento e rende irrilevante il disassamento del centro del mandrino conseguente alle dilatazioni termiche dei materiali.</p>
<p><strong>ASSI MACCHINA</strong></p>
<p>Il carro è un sistema molto rigido e compatto progettato per assicurare un’ottima precisione anche in gravose condizioni di lavorazione. Le guide lineari su gli assi X e Z con pattini a rulli precaricati permettono rapidi movimenti offrendo nel contempo una rigidità eccellente.</p>
<p>I motori BRUSHLESS sono collegati direttamente alle viti a ricircolo di sfere ad alta precisione per mezzo di un giunto di sicurezza che permette di ottenere una performante accelerazione e velocità degli assi.</p>
<p><strong>AREA DI LAVORO</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p>L’area di lavoro è ampia e di facile accessibilità per l’operazioni di allestimento macchina o per carico e scarico pezzi da lavorare. Ha finiture accurate essendo dotatadi protezioni in acciaio inox inclinate a 35° per agevolare l’evacuazione del truciolo. Il perfetto isolamento dell’area di lavoro impedisce l’infiltrazione di parti metalliche o di liquido refrigerante evitandone il contatto con i componenti principali della macchina (mandrino, viti a ricircolo, guide lineari.</p>
<p>La macchina può essere dotata di un vassoio che permette l’estrazione in automatico del particolare finito senza interrompere la produzione in corso. Se abbinato ad un alimentatore di barra opzionale, questi compongono una semplice ma efficiente cella automatica di produzione.</p>
<p><strong>TORRETTA PORTAUTENSILI</strong></p>
<p>Le torrette sono progettate per sopportare elevati sforzi di taglio mantendo rigidità, capacità di smorzamento delle vibrazioni, indexaggi rapidi e massima precisione nel posizionamento.</p>
<p>Le torrette possono essere per utensili fissi o motorizzati, hanno fino a 12 posizioni utensile e sono predisposte per il passaggio interno del liquido refrigerante.</p>
<p>Il platorello per torretta motorizzata ha attacchi VDI che permettono un rapido setup degli utensili contribuendo alla riduzione del tempo di allestimento macchina.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Contropunta</span></strong></p>
<p>Dotata di azionamento idraulico, è estremamente rigida e progettata per garantire elevata precisione e stabilità anche durante lavorazioni pesanti.</p>
<p><strong>CONTROLLO NUMERICO</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Il <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">CNC Fanuc 0i – TC</span></strong> è  provvisto di tastiera alfanumerica, schermo a colori 10,4” con 12 softkeys e due canali di comunicazione, la porta seriale RS 232 e pc card PCMCIA, usati per trasferire dati e salvare programmi, parametri etc..</p>
<p>Il CNC Fanuc 0i &#8211; TC offre al programmatore una completa possibilità di creazione e di modifica di part program come necessita agli utenti più esperti di macchine a controllo numerico, facilitando e attivando l’intera programmazione di processo, anche per i pezzi geometricamente più complessi.</p>
<p>Offre funzioni per l&#8217;interpolazione lineare e circolare, filettatura e azzeramento, nonché un sistema di  coordinate, Macro B, 64 coppie di offset, gestione della vita dell&#8217;utensile, 256 Kbyte di memoria di part program, capacità di salvataggio in memoria di 400 programmi, background editing, cicli fissi di tornitura e di sfacciatura, ripetizione multipla di cicli di tornitura, cicli di foratura, e altre funzioni.<br />
Offre inoltre il part program test e il ciclo di lavorazione a secco, che permetter di eseguire i programmi a vuoto con gli assi movimento disabilitati e il mandrino fermo.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Simulatore di lavorazione</span></strong></p>
<p>Consente di realizzare part program di simulazione per mezzo del modulo CNC grafico, dove l&#8217;operatore può verificare tutti i passaggi che il programma eseguirà, controllando possibili errori di programmazione.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ciclo di filettatura rigida</span></strong></p>
<p>La rotazione del mandrino e l&#8217;avanzamento Asse Z sono controllati dal CNC per poter funzionare in modo sincronizzato. L’operazione di filettatura con il ciclo di maschiatura rigida elimina la necessità di utilizzare un portamaschio compensato permettendo una precisa e rapida maschiatura riducendo i tempi di realizzazione di questa operazione.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Le funzioni di allarme e diagnosi</span></strong></p>
<p>Molti livelli di emergenza sono controllati dal software applicativo informando l&#8217;operatore sui problemi macchina tramite messaggi sullo schermo e con allarme sonoro.<br />
Errori di programmazione possono essere rapidamente individuati dall’operatore utilizzando i messaggi che vengono visualizzati sullo schermo.</p>

<p>Questo sistema utilizza un sensore a quattro facce che comunica al CNC la posizione dell&#8217;utensile, facilitando un rapido preset utensile e la gestione della sua usura.</p>

<p>Permette all&#8217;operatore di eseguire la misura strumento in modalità manuale, senza bisogno di creare un programma dedicato. La visualizzazione grafica guida l&#8217;operatore in un modo semplice e interattivo. L&#8217;operatore effettua l’avvicinamento utensile sugli assi X e Z fino al sensore, tramite volantino elettronico o comandi JOG, e il sistema misura lo strumento informando il CNC della posizione rilevata.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Preset Utensile in Semi-Automatico</span></strong></p>
<p>Tramite l&#8217;esecuzione di un programma CNC il dispositivo rileva la posizione dell’utenisile da misurare in relazione al sensore.</p>
<p>Avviando il programma, il tool setter si posiziona automaticamente eseguendo il ciclo di misurazione.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Compensazione usura utensile in  Automatico</span></strong></p>
<p>Il tool setter è in grado di eseguire automaticamente la compensazione dell’usura utensile. Esso misura l’usura trasmettendo al CNC il valore rilevato il quale provvederà a compiere automaticamente la compensazione utensile.<br />
Si tratta di una risorsa eccellente per agevolare produzioni elevate.</p>
